CBD dosage and affects.

Information on

How to calculate our CBD dose

If you are a first-time user, we recommend that you start with a lower dose and adjust to a higher amount as needed.

Our 1000 mg tincture is between 33mg and 35mg of CBD in one full dropper. There are approximately 40 drops in
one full dropper. Based on these facts, you can estimate the amount of CBD by using the number of drops. Forty drops are approximately 33mg to 35mg.

20 drops approximately 16.5mg to 17.5mg

15 drops approximately 12 to 12.5 mg

10 drops approximately 8.25mg to 8.75mg

5 drops approximately 4mg

Dosage & Preparation

There is no "correct" dose of CBD oil. Depending on who you speak to, the daily dose can range as low as 5mg and increase from there. A few factors to consider when determining how much CBD is right for you.

Weight
The more you weigh, the more CBD you’ll likely need. Individuals with lower body weights typically require less to obtain a therapeutic effect.

First Time User
If you are new to CBD products, your recommended CBD dose will be lower than if you’ve used CBD products regularly over a longer period of time.

Treated Conditions

If you are taking it for chronic pain, this may require a different CBD dosage than if you're taking it for multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, or some other medical condition.

Find your optimal dose

Start with a low dose (10 to 15 drops) to see how your body responds.
NOTE: If you are on the smaller size, considered petite 125 pounds or less consider starting at 10 drops.

Take the same dose for a couple of days to give your body time to respond

If desired results are not reached, increase the dose by 5 drops at a time. With each increase, allow 2 days before increasing further.

Keep a journal with your dose and how you felt each day.

CBD can have a subtle effect, try and pay attention to any changes.
